Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
If this applies, contact us at info@crownvault.net within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item for verification.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processing.
- For custom orders, please confirm all details before submitting.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Crown Vault is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.
